Please read the SHIPPING POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE very carefully. The CUSTOMER AGREES to be bound by this AGREEMENT and accepts its terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

The security of your personal information is important to us. EBNM, LLC uses the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete your order. EBNM, LLC does not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. Credit card information is not permanently stored on our server - only long enough to receive credit card authorization and charge for the single transaction.

Shipping and Freight Policy

Shipping and handling charges are as shown on the order form.

For the Customer's protection, we may question shipments and require verification for shipments going to an address other than the verified billing address of the Customer's credit card.

Shipping Schedule:

Orders placed by 12 Noon CST usually ship same day, Monday through Friday. Shipments do not go out on Saturday or Sunday. If an item is out of stock and will not ship within 3 business days you will be notified via separate email or within an email notification of a partial order shipment.

National holidays and weekends do not count as business days. EBNM,LLC is closed on the following 2009-2010 Holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving at 12 Noon, December 24th at 12 Noon, Christmas Eve at 12 Noon, Christmas Day, New Years Eve Day at 12 Noon, New Years Day, Good Friday at 12 Noon, Memorial Day, July 4th. Please note that UPS will not pick up or deliver on the day after Thanksgiving and New Years Eve Day except for air shipments - these are considered holidays for UPS (in addition to Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years).

Return Policy

All sales are final on discontinued and expired products. We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of sales receipt. You must contact us via phone or send an email to inform us prior to returning an item. We will credit your card for the purchase price less shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. Any refused or cancelled order that has shipped, is subject to a 10% restocking/cancellation fee, plus actual shipping fees and/or return shipping fees.

Check Payment Policy

EBNM, LLC does NOT accept checks or money orders for internet orders. If you wish to pay by check, you may contact EBNM, LLC directly at 877-938-7432 for more information on this process.

Credit Cards

Credit card charges are processed online after ordering the products and/or services. Customer certifies that he/she is the authorized user of the credit card and that all address, telephone and email address information is 100% complete and accurate. If delivery cannot be made due to an address error by the customer, or if the customer needs to update the address after the order has been shipped, the customer agrees to accept a $5 to $10 charge for correction of that address by the shipping concern. This charge will be applied to the card used for the order. EBNM, LLC does not apply any surcharge for credit cards.
